Greenspoint District Houston Tx

Houston’s Greenspoint district is a thriving area with plenty of office space, retail space, residential, and recreation & dining options.  It’s located 15 miles directly North of Downtown Houston, Tx and only 6 miles to Bush Intercontinental Airport.  There are many large companies in Houston that call this area home because the prime location makes it ideal to do business locally and around the world.

The Greenspoint district is easy to get to as there are 4 major highways that go through such as I45, Sam Houston Parkway (Beltway 8), Hardy Toll Road, and I69.  The total area is 12 square miles and is situated between Airtex Blvd to the North, West Road to the South, Hardy Toll Rd to the East, and Veterans Memorial Drive to the West.

Greenspoint currently consists of over 18 million sf of office and retail space and over 70,000 employees work in the area.

A few companies that lease office space in the area are Noble Energy, Canrig Drilling Technologies, Smith International, ExxonMobil, & Friendswood Development Company.
