Exclusive: Luxury homebuilder taps new Houston division president

Luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers Inc. has selected David Assid to lead as the new president for their Houston chapter after they promoted the previous Houston head Karl Mistry as the new group president for the Washington and Virginia divisions. Assid has 25 years’ worth of experience in homebuilding with 16 years under Toll Brothers. He first started in Toll as a project manager for the Dallas-Fort Worth projects and rose to be the company’s Houston division vice president. As the new Houston head for Toll, he will be working on overseeing their land acquisitions, development, sales, marketing planning, and customer relations in the region.
