Houston apartment developer plans new project in Midtown

Allied Orion Group has just recently submitted a plat record to Houston’s City Council for their intended multifamily project in the areas of McGowen, Austin and La Branch streets. This plat record would be reviewed by the Houston Planning Commission on the 1st of September. Although full details of the plot project have yet to be released, it is expected to be Allied Orion’s latest foray in apartment building that would enable tenants to access McGowen Station Metro light rail station. Several other projects are also being done around Houston aside from this offering from Allied Orion such as the Camden McGowen Station luxury apartment complex and the Midtown.
