Kenyon and Kenyon of New York is now under Houston’s Andrews Kurth LLP. The deal is expected to close this September, dissolving Kenyon and Kenyon, which is known as a top intellectual property and technology law firm. Andrews Kurth will then be known as Andrews Kurth Kenyon, which would include both Andrews Kurth and Kenyon and Kenyon associates and staff.
