Mod Pizza Chain Continues Houston Retail Space Expansion

Less than 2 years ago Bellevue based franchise, Mod Pizza entered the Houston retail space market and since then has leased over a dozen locations.  This time last year it had 4 locations in the Galleria, Energy Corridor, Pearland, and Vintage Marketplace.

Since that time it has opened additional locations:

• 2,600 sf at 4511 E Sam Houston Parkway S – The Market at Crenshaw in Pasedena
• 3,175 sf at 18820 SW Freeway – Riverpark Shopping Center in Sugar Land
• 2,600 sf at 6825 S Fry Rd – Meadows Marketplace in Katy
• 3,000 sf at the Indian Springs Shopping Center in The Woodlands

Overall they now have 16 locations and plan on adding another 30 locations in the future.  Mod Pizza has a strong national growth plan and the build your own artisan style pizza has gotten positive reviews.
